5 WAYS TO IMPROVE MENTAL FOCUS

One of the most common things that cause us to lose Focus is Anxiety and Stress.

Here are 5 things we can do to shrink the Stress and Anxiety in our Homes and Workplace.

1. Eliminate distractions:

This can be easier said than done, so how can we do this, well for one thing we can try to get more sleep. When we don't get enough sleep (most adults need 7-8 hours a night)

we are always exhausted and we will experience more anxiety, worry, lack of motivation we are easily distracted and that leads me to the second point.

2. Stop multitasking:

Try to focus on one thing at a time, when you try to do too many things at the same time you are not as productive because your attention is limited.

3. Take Brief Breaks:

Research shows that taking brief breaks and diverting attention elsewhere, improves our mental focus and reduces stress and anxiety.

4. Practice Mindfulness:

Mindfulness is a hot topic right now, but it has been around for a long time, Practicing mindfulness can involve learning how to meditate, but can also include quick and easy breathing exercises.

5. Last but not least, essential Oils can help with Focus, lessen our anxiety and increase mental clarity.
